About Planning With Us
How does this work?+
Pick a starting point. Browse our curated itineraries to see if one fits, look through the hotels and rental cars, or message us directly with what you want. We help you pull it together. The four service cards above route to the right page. Custom planning happens over WhatsApp or email.
Will you book everything for me?+
For some things, yes. We coordinate rental cars directly through our local partners (pay on arrival). For hotels and tours we recommend the right options and either route you to direct booking or coordinate the reservation depending on the property. For everything else, we send you the right link or contact.
How long until I hear back?+
Most WhatsApp messages get a response within a few hours during the day in São Tomé. For a full custom itinerary, expect a first draft within 48 hours.
Can you handle group trips and special occasions?+
Yes. Honeymoons, family groups of six to ten, small private events. The smaller hotels and roças handle these well. Tell us the occasion and group size, we shape the plan around it.
What if I already have some bookings?+
That is fine. Many travellers come to us with flights booked and a hotel or two reserved. We work with what you have and fill in the rest. Send us the bookings you have, we plan around them.
Do you cover both islands?+
Yes. São Tomé and Príncipe. We help with the inter-island flight, accommodation on both, and what to do in your time on each.
